About Nashville Kannada Koota

Nashville Kannada Koota was first established years ago because of the sheer ambition of stalwarts like Dr. Andani Prakash. Following in his foot steps many Kannadigas of outstanding social stature have selflessly dedicated themselevs to the cause of uniting Kannadigas of Nashville area in particular and of Middle Tennessee in general. A regional conference of all Kannada Kootas of central America was also organized years ago. Regular union of Kannadigas during Ugadi and Kannada Rajyyothsava has been the salient feature of NKK. Because of the tireless efforts of these leaders the Kannadigas have found a real home away from their motherland.

Nashville Kannada Koota’s objective is to strengthen the Kannada community of Middle Tennessee by providing a forum to pursue literary, cultural, educational, community development and charity/service activities. It is a voluntary organization primarily run by donations and memberships from Kannada patrons like you. To bring a sense of festivity into otherwise routine lifestyle, two major events and a picnic are organized to provide an opportunity to meet others in our community and network. These events also provide an opportunity to kids who are born and brought up here to understand and learn the values and importance of these festivals. These events give an opportunity to members to showcase their talent like singing/dancing/acting etc.,
My colleagues in these groups are superb and they care deeply about helping yale founders build successful divephotoguide.com/user/jillgoslinga ventures, jensen says.
