About the event

Calling all volunteers! 🧶

NKK is looking for helping hands to make wool caps for donation to the upcoming Honduras Medical Mission.

No prior knitting experience is required—we’ll provide all materials and offer guided tutorials so everyone can participate and learn together. All age groups are welcome. Join us in spreading warmth and kindness—every cap makes a difference!

Come be part of a compassionate and creative community gathering at the Sri Ganesha Temple, 527 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, on Sunday, February 8th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Together, we’ll share laughter, learning, and purpose as we knit wool caps for those in need. This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with friends—old and new—while contributing to a meaningful cause that brings comfort and warmth to others. Let’s join hearts and hands to make the world a little better, one stitch at a time.
